Maldives resorts unveil three-night island getaway for Saudi National Day travellers

DUBAI – With Saudi National Day falling on 23 September, travellers looking to swap the city for the Indian Ocean can mark the occasion with a three-night island escape at CROSSROADS Maldives, home to SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.
The resorts are offering GCC packages that allow guests to combine reef adventures, wellness treatments, dining upgrades and relaxed island time.
Rather than centring the stay around a single celebration, the experience lends itself to a slower holiday rhythm, with mornings on the water, afternoons dedicated to wellness and unhurried evenings by the pool or beach.
Arriving in the island
After arriving in Malé, guests are transferred by speedboat to CROSSROADS Maldives before checking into their chosen resort. The first day can be kept deliberately easy, with time by the beach or pool followed by dinner and an evening shisha experience.
At SAii Lagoon Maldives, shisha is offered at SAii Pool Bar, while Hard Rock Hotel Maldives offers the experience at The Elephant & Butterfly Pool Bar.
The second morning can begin with a floating breakfast for guests staying in eligible pool categories, followed by time exploring the reef. SAii Lagoon Maldives includes a scheduled house-reef snorkelling tour with the SAii Recreation Team, while Hard Rock Hotel Maldives offers a scheduled Snorkelling 101 activity with its recreation team.
The rest of the day can be left open for the beach, pool and the wider CROSSROADS Maldives destination, allowing guests to move between downtime and island experiences at their own pace.
Wellness time
The final full day shifts towards slower moments. At SAii Lagoon Maldives, adults can enjoy a one-time 30-minute massage at SAii Spa, while Hard Rock Hotel Maldives offers 20% off treatments at Rock Spa.
Both resort offers also include a complimentary 30-minute photo session with a 5x7-inch print, providing a simple keepsake from the stay.
For families staying at SAii Lagoon Maldives, the GCC offer also includes an occupancy exception allowing up to two adults and two children in selected one-bedroom categories. Children aged 0 to 11.99 can stay free using existing bedding and eat free from the kids’ menu, subject to the offer terms.
Booking details
The current GCC packages at SAii Lagoon Maldives and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives are available to book until 30 September 2026 for stays through 31 October 2026, with a minimum three-night stay.
Both packages include complimentary round-trip airport transfers and dining upgrades, with Half Board upgraded to Full Board and Full Board upgraded to All-Inclusive, alongside the resort experiences outlined above.
For September travel, both resorts are also offering an additional 10% Flash Sale on eligible ongoing tactical package rates.
